At Cameron Family Dentistry, we only use the highest quality composite “tooth colored” filling materials and do not use silver/amalgam as a filling material. Similar in color and wear resistance to natural teeth, composite fillings are less noticeable and much more attractive than other types of fillings, such as the silver amalgam ones. Composite fillings are also commonly referred to as “bondings” because the filling material is bonded to the tooth.
